I am Suzanne Hardy (The WORD ARCHITECT), an academic editor providing a comprehensive editing and proofreading service to writers and researchers of all kinds for journal articles, book manuscripts, Master’s and PhD theses, dissertations and other academic writing.
I am a recommended proofreader/copyeditor for University of Auckland, Auckland University of Technology, (AUT), ICL Graduate Business School, Auckland and have worked with many other clients from other tertiary institutions both in New Zealand and overseas. Since 2013 I have been providing a service to clients from all kinds of disciplines, from art to biomechanical engineering, medicine to computer science, business studies to sports science, education to architecture, and beyond.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (Auckland University)
Diploma of Librarianship (Victoria University, Wellington)
Diploma of Proofreading and Editing (New Zealand Institute of Business Studies, NZIBS)
25+ years of experience as a Reference Librarian – I have extensive experience with the written word and have excellent research skills.
